Training Our council, GSCNC (Girl Scout Council of the Nation's Capital) has available to leaders training on a large variety of topics. Most of it is free. If you find yourself overwhelmed, or intimidated by some of the projects you see other troops doing, it may be that training is the answer. You will get great tips on working with girls, staying organized, travelling with a troop, and more.
